These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Electric Fakery website (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site is an informational, single-page brochure website for an electrical-services business. It is used to describe services and let you make contact. The site does not sell products or services online. It has no user accounts, shopping cart, payment processing, booking or scheduling system, or file uploads.

No professional or electrical advice

Content on the site is general marketing information only. It is not electrical, safety, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it to perform electrical work yourself. Electrical work can be dangerous and may be regulated in your area. If you have an electrical emergency — for example, sparks, burning smells, or exposed wiring — stop, disconnect power if it is safe to do so, and contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

Enquiries, estimates, and the contact form

Submitting an enquiry or contact request does not create a contract or guarantee that work will be scheduled or performed. Any prices, timeframes, or availability mentioned on the site are illustrative and not binding; actual scope and pricing are confirmed in a written estimate.

The contact form on the site is currently a demonstration and does not send or store your submissions. To reach the business, use the phone number or email address shown on the site.

Sample content

This demonstration site contains sample material — including example testimonials and stock photographs — that is clearly labelled and is intended to be replaced with verified content before launch. Sample testimonials are illustrative and are not statements by real customers, and stock images do not depict the actual owner, staff, or customers of the business.

Intellectual property

The site's text, layout, logo, and design are the property of the business or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs are used under the Pexels License. The "Oswald" and "Inter" fonts are provided under the SIL Open Font License via Google Fonts.

Third-party links and services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
